Player Movement Rules 1. The Roster Lock Date for Online Event #3 is 11:59 PM ET on August 16th. 2. Players are allowed to join and leave a Team at any time before the Roster Lock Date. 3. Leaders are allowed to add and remove Players at any time before the Roster Lock Date. 4. Players may not switch Teams after the Roster Lock Date. Players may leave a Team after the Roster Lock Date if they no longer want to participate or are unable to participate. Such Players must submit a Ticket requesting that they be removed from the Team and include the Username and XBL Gamertag of the Player that will be replacing them. A Premium Admin will review the request and decide whether or not to allow the change. If a Player chooses to leave a Team after the Roster Lock Date, they may not join another CoD4/RSV2 Online Event #3 Team. 5. No Player Movement or XBL Gamertag changes will be allowed during the Playoff Bracket. Player Movement Guidelines 1. If a Finals Team is, at any time, left with fewer than 2 Players from the Online Event #3 Roster it will disband, lose Pro Status, and lose its spot in the Finals. If this should happen, the Player who didn’t File for Free Agency would be allowed to join another Finals Team provided they have at least 570 Pro Circuit Rank Points. 2. When Teams are locked during Online Event #3, they are also locked for the Finals. 3. Locked Finals Teams can only be changed if a Player is unable to attend or physically unable to play in the Finals. Such Players must File for Free Agency. Players who File for Free Agency from a locked Finals Team may not play on a different Team in the Finals. 4. Players wishing to File for Free Agency on the grounds that they are physically unable to play in the Finals must submit official documentation from a licensed physician before the start of the Finals. After official documentation has been submitted, Major League Gaming will decide whether to grant or deny the Player’s request for Free Agency. 5. If a Player(s) on a Team that has qualified for the CoD4 or RSV2 Finals is unable to attend or physically unable to play in their Finals, the Team will be allowed to replace that Player(s) with any Player who is not on another Team qualified for the Finals and has at least 570 Pro Circuit Rank Points. 6. Captains who wish to add a Player to their Finals Team and Players who wish to join a Finals Team must submit a Add/Join Request. 7. All Free Agency, Add/Join, Captain Election, Captain Change, Physically Unable to Play, and Team Name Change requests must be submitted to jnelson@mlgpro.com. Other Guidelines 1. Teams that earn a Finals Invitation must re-confirm or revise their Captain designation. Teams will be given until 5 PM ET on the Monday after Online Event #3 to designate a Captain. Captains will be designated by majority vote. In case of a tie, the Leader of the Online Event #3 Team will be designated as the Team’s Captain. 2. Finals Teams may change their Captain at any time. If a Finals Team Captain wants to File for Free Agency, they must name a new Captain of the Team. The Captain may also relinquish the role and remain on the Team. Finals Teams may request a Captain change if the other 3 Players submit a request for the same new Captain. 3. Finals Team Captains can request that their Team’s Name be changed at any time. However, Major League Gaming reserves the right to deny any Team Name Change request. |
