Amy Janzen prinquiries@mlgpro.com MEDIA CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MLG PRO CIRCUIT EVENTS: Before the event: Email prinquiries@mlgpro.com with the following: • Name • Title • Cell phone • Media Outlet (Name of publication, website, TV station, documentary company, analyst firm, etc. that you are representing) • Overview of the project or story you are working on • Where your story/film will appear (if not already indicated above) • When your story/film will appear • Any requirements you have while on-site (technical, interviewees, etc.) You will be contacted and notified of any concerns with your credentials. Registration at the competition: • Register at the press entrance at the main entrance • Present a photo ID and business card showing the media outlet you are representing Media guidelines at the competition: • No cameras allowed on Sunday of the competition • Any interviews with the players must be coordinated through MLG staff on hand at the event. Approaching players directly without consent of MLG staff is strictly prohibited. • Any filming at the competition must be coordinated through MLG staff on hand at the event before filming begins. |
