| Prophecy's run to the Finals of the Gears of War tourney at MLG Chicago included plenty of upsets, but they had not yet met the most successful team in the short life of Gears on the Pro Circuit: vVv Vision. Those teams clashed in the Finals and, at first, it looked as if Prophecy's run might finally end, as Vision nabbed a 2-0 lead. Prophecy dug deeply, however, and ran the table, winning three straight games to take the match and the championship, 3-2. Congratulations to Prophecy, the Gears of War champions of MLG Chicago!
