Legendz Avoid Early Exit in Losers Round 4

After a loss to 69th-seeded Onlan Warriors in the Halo 3 Winners Bracket, fifth-seeded Legendz found themselves just one game from elimination in Losers Bracket Round 4 after Get Focused took Game 1 of their series. The underdogs won Team Slayer Construct by a healthy margin, 50-34, and looked to be in good shape to advance.

Legendz rallied, however, taking The Pit King of the Hill 250-179 to force Game 3. Legendz took the momentum and pushed to a 15-kill victory on Team Slayer Narrows, winning 50-35. Avoiding the upset, the fifth seed survived, keeping their hopes of making the Championship Bracket alive.
