GoW Losers Round 2 Update

 The end of another round has marked the end of competition for many teams in Dallas. Despite a valiant effort by Shatter in their final rounds, Zero Strategy was able to put the nail in the coffin and survive one more round of competition tonight. Winning their series by a hair was TPG, able to shut down Epiphany in their final map to secure another round in Losers Bracket competition. Blood B4 Glory should be breathing easier after a win over Chaos Control, however they won't be alone as Trilogy and THG Crucial Conflict were able to get their game on track for the round. Despite their losses earlier in the night, Insult to Injury and Tactical Warfare are keeping their hopes alive with Losers Bracket Round 2 wins. Local team The Saints of Dallas will be packing up early as they witnessed their own demise against True Talent. Being sure to stay within the race for the Open Bracket finals, Hostile and The Randoms both advanced into the third round of Losers Bracket play which should give them an opportunity to play with the pros in the Championship Bracket. Round 3 of Winners Bracket competition is on its way into the record books as we speak, bringing us closer to the final round of Open Bracket play every moment. |
