![]() After an entire weekend of competition, Winners Bracket competition has concluded and we are down to three remaining teams fighting for the Championship here in Dallas. Closing out the Winners Bracket, Infinity found themselves on the main stage against the Open Bracket Champions Dynasty Retaliation. Having Sneaky on their roster to replace the recent departure of Mr PuFF, Infinity walked into the event with nothing but high expectations for this weekend. Perhaps a slight bump in the road for Infinity, Dynasty Retaliation never thought that they would see the end of their run through the Winners Bracket. Following their first map win over Infinity, Dynasty Retaliation seemed to have the series in the bag. Stepping up to meet their expectations, Infinity came back just in time for Canals. Despite Dynasty Retaliation's performances this event on Canals, they were no match for Infinity tonight in the Winners Bracket Final. Without breaking a sweat, Infinity seemed to just flow into their third map on War Machine. Taking Dynasty Retaliation out for the second map in a row, Infinity had the momentum and was sure to run with it. The end of the series brought us to Clocktower, one of Infinity's best maps. Quickly taking a lead over Dynasty Retaliation, we saw some great shots made by Genetix as well as some nicely placed nades by Sneaky. Shortly after it began however, the series came to a close and Dynasty Retaliation saw themselves preparing for their next match in the Losers Bracket Finals. The team they will be seeing in Losers Bracket Finals won't be Frag Dominant Phenom, but rather Toronto's Championship team TH3 NSAN3Z. Following a demanding 3-1 win over Frag Dominant Phenom, it seemed unreal to even see TH3 NSAN3Z competiting in the Losers Bracket at all given the skill and experience this team harnesses. |
