An Upset to Remember
Ambush defeated Str8 Rippin in what would be highly regarded as one of the biggest upsets of the season. Ambush scratched their way back from a massive deficit in Game 5 to eventually send the number-one-seeded Str8 Rippin to an early Losers Bracket appearance.
Making Their Mark
Str8 Rippin would eventually fight their way back through the Losers Bracket, finding themselves in the Finals. However, Triggers Down would legitimize themselves as one of 2008’s top contenders with a victory in Orlando.
