Referees may set a time limit for a Player who has requested that they be allowed to leave their Station, however, Referees may also deny a Player’s request to leave their Station. Teams may be disqualified, or forced to play a Game(s) shorthanded, if a Player hasn’t returned by the end of the Referee’s set time limit.

- If the time limit is reached, at least one Character has died, and neither Team has a living Character advantage greater than 1, the Game will continue in a 5 minute overtime period.
- If, at the end of overtime, one Team has a 3-1 living Character advantage, that Team will be awarded the Game victory. All Games that reach the end of overtime without a 3-1 living Character advantage will end in a tie.
- Games that end in a tie must be replayed with a 10 minute time limit and the same Map, Players, Characters, Settings, and Talent Points. Players will only be able to change their Gear.

The WoW Tournament Director may also allow for a different Map to be played, if random selection is causing a significant delay, when a tied Game must be replayed.
Round Robin
- All Teams will play a 5 Game Match against each Team. All 5 Games must be played, even if a Team reaches 3 Game wins prior to the 5th Game.
- The schedule of Matches will be determined randomly.
- Match results will be recorded and the Top 4 Teams, determined by total Match wins, will advance to the Championship Bracket. Ties will be broken using the following criteria in this order: Head to Head Match record, Head to Head Games record, and total Games won.
- If a tie needs to be broken in order to determine Championship Bracket Seeds and it can’t be broken by the aforementioned tiebreakers, the tie will broken by a coin flip or a series of coin flips. If a tie needs to be broken in order to determine which Team(s) will advance to the Championship Bracket and it can’t be broken by the aforementioned tiebreakers, the tie will be broken by a series of single Games between the tied Teams. If a tie between Teams not advancing to the Championship Bracket can’t be broken by the aforementioned tiebreakers, it will remain a tie.
Championship Bracket
- The Championship Bracket is a Best of 5 Game Match, Double Elimination Bracket. Once one Team wins 3 Games, the Match is over.
- After losing a Match, Teams will fall into the Losers Bracket.
- A Match loss in the Losers Bracket will result in elimination from the Event.
- Teams will be seeded using total Match wins and ties will be broken using Head to Head record.
- No Game Type may be played more than four times in a Best of 11 Game Match.
- If Teams meet for a 2nd time in the Championship Bracket, their Match will expand to a Best of 11, include the previous Match, and pick up where that Match left off. For example, if Team A beat Team B 3 Games to 0 in the Winners Bracket, the Best of 11 will resume with Game 4 and Team A leading 3 Games to 0. Before Games 7, 9, and 11, Teams will be given 5 minutes to change Players, Characters, Settings, and redistribute Talent Points.
- If the Teams meeting in the Finals have not yet faced each other in the Championship Bracket and the Team coming from the Losers Bracket wins a Match, another Match must be played to break the tie since both Teams would only have one Match loss.
