The Halo 3 East Team will play as the blue team and the Halo 3 West Team will play as the red team. For Halo 3, a coin flip will determine Host choices. For GoW2, a coin flip will determine which Team Hosts a majority of the Games and which Team will choose to play as COG or Locust for all Games.
Rosters, for each Team, will be made up of 8 Halo 3 Players and 8 GoW2 Players.
Only Players on the top 8 Halo 3 and GoW2 Teams are eligible for participation.
The Halo 3 Regular Season MVPs will be selected as Starters for their Team.
At least 2 East Players and 2 West Players will be selected as Starters for each Video Game based on Regular Season MVPs and 2009 Pro Circuit Rank Points. More than 2 Players may be selected, as Starters, if there is a tie. If a Team has at least 2 MVPs, no Players will be selected, as Starters, using Rank Points.
Fan Voting will determine the remaining Players on each Team Roster. Fan Voting will begin on Friday, December 11th and end on Friday, December 18th.
Each Team’s remaining Starters will be determined by those Players receiving the most votes.
Seven Halo 3 4v4 and GoW2 4v4 Games will be played.
All Starters must play in 4 Games and all other Players must play in 3 Games.
All 4v4 Teams must be unique.
All-Star Coaches will be selected by MLG for the East and West Teams of each Video Game. Team Coaches will be responsible for setting Team Rosters and Seating Charts for each Game.
4v4 Teams can have up to 2 Players from the same National Championship Team.
Each Game won counts as 1 Point for the East or West Team.
Halo 3 and GoW2 Points will be added to determine an overall East or West winner.
