Looking for Good Custom Players

Hey guys. I am a low-level 50, nothin crazy but enough to get the rank. I want to get my MLG rank up and play more customs that are competitive. I have a few friends at decent skill level, but add me and send me some invites.

Gears of War - no crosshair

am i the only person who is bugged like crazy that GOW doesnt have a non-zoomed crosshair? i feel powerless and shoot at the ground far too frequently. -thats it. -cheers.
I now suck at Halo

3 main causes for why i now suck at Halo 2. I used to be rather good, matchmaking ranks in the high 30's... but anyhow:
1. switched to xbox 360
2. upgraded from 27" to 37" LCD
3. stopped playing for 4 months because of work
its so sad, and now playing is torture because i get destroyed by people i know i used to be better than.

I didn't want this section to be empty. I'm at work right now tho so i cant be spending all my time 'blogging.'
Right now im looking to get more MLG customs going so i thought id hit the forums and find some active players.
