More then just a COACH!

After the 06 Opener in NY my team and I decided to CALL IT QUITS again... So...

I talked to 4 of the teams:
FB
CbN
MOB Gh057/Pistol
KSI
about needing a coach (and that coach being me)... and all but 1 was interested... CBN was my clear first choice because i have watched them play in the past 2 events and it is clear that they have the fire power to beat FB... with a little fine tuneing I hope i will be able to help them in that goal.

Ill be teaming with Zion, RidD, and Caddy for the 06 season... our team name will be LiquidIceEnergyDrink.com since we are sponsored by www.LiquidIceenergydrink.com for the 06 season...

I have a few ideas for the 06 season... # 7 and 8 are updated since the NYC finals

1. Vbookie stations at the events... the Vbookie is a cool idea... but we "the players" can’t access it and have fun with it if we are at the events...

2. More main stages... I know for a fact that during the CC this past season there were some AMAZING matches that so many people just missed...

3. Use the projectors for the schedule like you did in CHITOWN (I told dolbex to do that in ATL) and also project the brackets and all that good stuff...

4. PLAYER STATS... it would be hot if there was a way to see all of the player stats for the pro teams... all you would need to do is have 1 XBOX being recorded at each station... I know this would take a ton of time to scan and record all that data... but MLB/NBA/NFL/NHL all do it... so y not MLG?

5. Hook up with only 1 hotel... just for a name say Hilton... have all of your events in a Hilton hotel... this will = lower room rates and lower venue costs (I would imagine)

6. Sell booth space... kind of like you guys did with UBI SOFT... just think... www.hotpockets.com would be AMAZING... all they would need is a few microwaves and they r set... players are always hungry and looking for something quick and cheap... + they get to have every1 try there new stuff and I’m sure people will love em...

7. GET RID OF 1v1's!!! the final 8 should play a 30 min FFA... or a FFA to 100... it will be quicker and better to watch... who wants to see a 55 min 1v1 that ends 15-12?

8. Less players per FFA game? 8 players was perfect for H1 but H2 FFA might run a little better at say 6 players? Who is saying there needs to be 8 players in a small map like midship?

Well after having my team break up I teamed up with Ra4 for Chi town... xXx, Stoner1, Stoner2, and Nitrouss went to MLG Chicago as www.LiquidIceEnergyDrink.com. We decided to go the Sat before the event... but there was 1 Prob... I had work Sat & Sunday... and stoner 2 had work Tuesday and then I had work Wednesday and Thursday... so we only had 1 solid day to get games in... So that is what we did.

We got a few games in after work Sat & Sun... But it wasn’t much... so we got to put in about 6 hours on Monday... and that was about all the practice that we had for this event...

this was the first time I went to an event this year without being prepared... but w/e... we lost to H2C, and DA... we beat slobs and w/e... but over all I felt like we did OK... we played well in the games that we had strats for... and like crap in the games that we had never played as a team b 4...

Now ill be looking for a team for NYC and 06

So after we got knocked out of the tourney Mack and I were talking about Chitown and he said he was going to try to hop on to EG since StrongSide was going to IGS... So I just figure we were going to just pick up another 4th and everything would be the same...

But when I got home from ATL I was talking to ghost and he said he was going to take Lightkings spot on H2K... and I was like =-o... but when they kicked Lightking off Vageto went with him... so they needed 2... So both Ghost and pistol went to H2K leaving me with out a team for the 3rd time this season... cools...

So I looked around for about a week and a half for a team... I put together a team of Me, Nemo, Rocky, and Hamster... played for a day or so and got asked to team with Ra4... I didn’t wana **** over my newly formed team since Rocky dropped off a team just to team with me (@ that point it was just me and him I believe). But I figured since Ra4 did beat us 3-1 in ATL they would have to be the better last minuet team... so I decided to do that...

Our ATL team was going to be me, pistol, Gh057, and Havok. We played as that team for about a week or so until we found out that Gh057 would not be able to go due to family probs... We still had plenty of time... but we just needed a 4th.

Pistol and I looked high and low for a solid 4th to replace Gh057 for just 1 tourney... but we came up empty... People either had a team or they were just not going due to thanksgiving (GG clap for booking it on a good date). We heard Detach and Mack were looking for 2 as well so we got some games with them and decided that was what we were going to have to do...

We practiced for about 3 solid weeks... had strats and teamwork down... we all had a good feel for what we were all doing... Mack and Pistol were the main slayers... and me and Detach were main objective players...

When we got down to ATL everything looked good... looked like an easy road to top 6... All we had to do was beat Young gunz... H2C... and so Sick (well Ra4 came out of 10th seed to beat so Sick... so we had to play them for top 6). But our teamwork on LAN was just not the same as it was online... some ppl... no names... were just trying to prove they were "a top player" and I think it changed our team dynamic...

Day 1 was kind of easy...
3-0ing young gunz (Poison and LIL Poison were NASTY as always... but there teammates were just... bad?)
Loosing 3-0 to EG (all close games)
3-1ing H2C (we lost a TS snipz game)

So all we had to do in day 2 was beat "those Noobs" Ra4... H2K beat Ra4 3-0... So we figured it would be EASY... We underestimated Ra4 going in to the series... we figured we had this 3-0 maybe 3-1... But that was just not the case... we lost to Ra4 3-1... And got another top 8 CC...

Ok so...
My boy NME wakes me and my brother up at 11am on Mondays saying that if we wanted to get a 360 we better get up cause 10 people have been outside of best buy since Sunday night...

So we get our sloppy asses out of bed and out the door within the hour... went and picked up some food and w/e and started to look for a good spot...

We found a new Target store (just opened a few weeks ago) by about 1pm and set up shop.... We went inside and found out that this place had 45 XBOX 360's! So we went out and were the 1st slobs on line. As soon as people noticed us waiting for the 360's the line grew... we met so many cool people that were just as sloppy as we were...

Then as soon as the sun went down the tempture dropped like a brick and it started to rain. The rain only got worse and worse... by this time the line was packed and no 1 was ready for the rain... people started to buy unbrellas and crap from Target, but my sloppy ass went and got 1 of the 10'x10' Ez-up tents (the kind with the walls) and just camped out! My idea soon caught on and every1 started to buy these things...

After the store closed (by 11pm) we setup the tents in front of the doors and got a few 18 packs... My brother and NME were chillin with the rest of the slobs...

By 1am I went across the street to Sam's Club and got on line there... I was already #1 on line @ target... and I wound up as #6 on line at Sam's Club... Sam's opened @ 7am and target opened @ 8am so it worked out PERFECT! I wound up getting a total of 4 XBOX 360's and still made it to work on time! ****?

havent posted in a while... so yea...

Im getting ready for the drive down to ATL for the CC finals.... should be about 20+ hours from NY.... my plan is to not sleep all night, get packed, play some PDZ, and just stay awake so ill be able to go to bed by 8PM or so Thursday... Then i hope to get up by 2am or so and start drivin down to ATL im planning on getting to ATL by 11pm friday night....

Right now it is just Me, Nickel (my GF), and Pistol drivin down... and we r drivin Mack back home after the tourny... My friend NME might be comming with us but he is still not 100% sure yet...

FFA 2v2 and 4v4 tourneys....

In June of 2005 SENSEIMACK went to G-net Media for a casting call. The show was called FACEOFF and he was auditioning for a part as a gladiator (http://videogames.aol.com/faceoff and click CASTING SPEICAL) Well... to make a long story shot… he got the part and got me in as a contestant for the show.



I played Vs SENSEIMACK in 3 random games of H2… (Watch the video when it is RELEASED and you will see what I am talking about) SENSEIMACK cheated in every single game that we played, so we had to take so many takes of me winning, me loosing, and me reacting to both. The camera guy said that they were going to edit the takes together however the producer wanted so I don’t know how the video will come out till it is released...



After playing H2 Vs SENSEIMACK I had to play 2 hot Asian chicks in Anti Grav using EYE Toy for the PS2. It was my first time playing with the EYE Toy so they let me mess with it for about 25 minuets. By the time I figured out how to play the game I was about to pass out! (if u ever played this crap u know how tired u get from it!) So by the time we took the final take I just wanted to pass out… I’m sure Ill look like a fat slob...



I felt so weird in front of the camera… I give props to n e 1 that gets filmed for a living, And to T2, TMG, and T2’s girl friend for doing that MTV thing… I'm sure u get used to it though…
