Infinite Potential Top MDG Pure

| Only four teams remained in the chase for Orlando’s title when action kicked off this morning. Following a decidedly lopsided Losers Bracket Semi-Final match, that number has been narrowed to three. Infinite Potential’s stunning run through the bracket took yet another step, as they topped MDG Pure in a two game sweep. The team is composed of four Major League Gaming newcomers, taking the bracket’s eleventh seed with 0 Pro Circuit points. After falling to Secret Weapon in Winners Bracket Round 2, the team mounted a stunning charge through the Losers Bracket. On their hit list are Paramount, vVv Global, and now both of MLG Chicago’s finalists: Shoot to Kill and MDG Pure. The match against MDG Pure opened with a relatively close 6 – 4 Power Station Attrition victory, but the gap between these two squads became apparent Infinite Potential took Nerve Center Extraction by a 6 – 1 tally. By the fifth round of action, iP had amassed twp sniper rifles, using them to suppress any strikes by Pure from elevator banks or balcony. With the result, Infinite Potential have sealed their ticket to the Losers Bracket Finals. There they will take on the team that knocked them to the Losers Bracket, Secret Weapon.
