Initial spawns are set in MLG Halo 3 so you know where your enemy will begin, as well, typically in a comparable position across the map. His teammates know who will go for the objective and who will move for the power items. Set destinations at the start of the game are vital, so you do not lose map control. Unfortunately for Anarchy, the other team launches too many grenades and he dies going for the Rockets. 14:15 - Controlling the Tower with Sniper. Anarchy procures a sniper rifle and after a confident no scope he goes up to the tower to pick off enemies as they try for the bottom-middle hill. He gets off many body shots and has an excellent double kill. Remember that a body shot drops an enemy's shields so your teammates need to hit just one headshot. This is especially useful in objective games, because it will force enemies to retreat to recharge their shields while you amass more time. 11:50, 8:50 - Time the power items! Anarchy takes two straight rockets and overshields (8:50 and 6:30) in the middle of the game. Developing as a player requires disciplined awareness of power items. Timing power-ups allows you to easily dominate less experienced opponents. Strong teams will position themselves to gain control of the power items and alert one another to where the enemies that have these items are located. Controlling power-ups and weapons goes hand-in-hand with map control. |
