Temperature

![]() Few will argue that playing in a sauna or a freezer will not affect one’s play. The temperature of the room in which you play can have a direct effect on how you perform. Make sure to keep the temperature at a comfortable level. We recommend the standard 70 degrees, but your comfort level may vary. The most important factor is comfort. If you're in an environment where the temperature is not under your control, try to wear a hoodie or sweatshirt. This will allow you to keep warm if the room is too cool for your preference. Another advantage of the hoodie is that if you get too hot, you can easily take it off to cool down. Check out the MLG Hoodie in the Store |
