Legit Schools You in Team Slayer Onslaught

Str8 Rippin vs Under the Influence - Team Slayer OnslaughtKeep one eye open. At 13:08, while crouching to regain shields, Legit looks for his teammates' icons in order to gauge what his next move should be. Any time you’re out of the action you should scan the map for those icons. This truism rings even truer when you’re playing with a non-communicative team. The tags are an easy way to keep up with your teammates, even if they are unwilling to co-operate themselves. Onslaught’s bottom. The bottom of Onslaught provides excellent cover. Unlike Midship, a map to which it is often compared, the bottom of Onslaught affords many spots of cover allowing for effective play. Note how Legit uses his bottom position aggressively at 12:53 for an overkill (and nearly a killtacular). Onslaught’s Barriers. The barriers on the front of each base and at the top of “A” and “B” can be used to look through when you crouch, but people cannot fire through the fencing. Use this to your advantage - perhaps when your shields are charging - as Legit does. Always be active, even when you can’t be directly involved in the action. |
