* Overshields respawn every two minutes from the time it was picked up, on all MLG maps and game types
* While charging, the Overshield makes one invincible to enemy fire.
The MLG custom overshield tries to bring back the power of previous overshields. Make sure to time it!
The Overshield is one of the few items that is essential to control during a game. While it may not make or break a team, it can often be a deciding factor. Typically when one grabs an OS they will snag at least one kill against an enemy with regular shields,and is the easiest way to bag an easy double kill. Keep in mind that you can wait to pick up an OS until an enemy is near and kill them while it grants invincibility for three seconds.
