Instant Edge Hog

 Instant edge hogging, sometimes referred to as hugging, is a technique for quickly grabbing the edge in Brawl. All characters can grab the edge of the stage regardless of which direction they face; the only prerequisite is that the control stick must be held in toward the stage. With this in mind, to quickly grab the edge, simply run off the stage then press inward. Once you get a feel for this, you can make the process even quicker by fast falling and then pressing inward. Viola, instant edge hogging. |
