I'm a huge fan of R6V and I love the competitive aspect of it. I'm still somewhat new to the game (still learning strats and routes for each map), but I would be more than willing to get as many teams on as possible who are wanting to scrim and allow them to use my host.
I've ran several internet speed tests and the results always come back in the 1-1.5 meg upload range. However, I am positive this is far from accurate. For a point of reference, I can go into BTB with my roommate bridging (only to ensure I get host I assure you) and everyone (all 16 players) in the game will be full green-bar or maybe one off and BR across map with ease. In Team Hardcore or customs (4v4), shot registration is INSANE. We're talking cross-map on any map (middy, lockout, warlock) off-host. I'm not just boasting because of how it feels on host. Anyone who has played on it comments on how incredibly well the shots register (low latency) and asks to play it on it more often.
Anyways, long story short, I would love to watch some teams scrim via my dedicated host and perhaps make a few friends in the process to further my knowledge of the game. If you're interested, let me know on here. My F/L is full at the moment but that can quickly be taken care of if need be.
So, here it is guys. A neutral, damn good host for you all to get in your scrimmages and whatnot on. I can be on at pretty much anytime. I won't turn anyone down unless I'm in the middle of a game or getting ready to start one. Even then, I'll certainly get back to you right afterwards.
