I think it should be fairly soon. May be a week or so would be my guess. I was also wondering: Are the maps featured in the "weekly round-ups" the only ones entered into the final judging?

I hope it's not only featured maps that are considered, I just posted a map today. I'd been working on it for a couple weeks, but I wanted to make sure it was perfect. I hope it is considered.

As for when the winner will be announced, I don't think they'll give us a date until after they close submissions to the contests tonight.

I did the same thing Gravedigger, but it's eating me up because no one will even download the map, it's killing me! Oh well, good luck man. I'm gonna go check out some others.

does anybody know exact closing time for tongiht or what? also why dont people download maps just try them. give everybodys map a chance!

I've given many of them a chance, and posted on about 10 already, nobody replies to mine though :( .
