I could give you a detailed description of how to do the elementary doublebox, but it's better if you know the mechanism.
Basically, if you've ever been caught still holding a box when another piece of scenery spawns in to it, you'll notice it sort of slides its way out of the new piece of scenery.
The key to merging scenery with the environment is to still be holding on to the piece you want to merge, have a bunch of scenery spawn in and push it in to the wall, and then save and quit quickly so that it stays like that.
Obviously, to get this to work at an efficiency higher than one in a million, you have to be sure that the "spawning in" scenery completely surrounds the box you're merging and leaves it with no place to go but in to the wall of Foundry.
For example, place 3 double walls on the ground flat, then lay a double box on top of them. Delete the walls and then surround the double box with more boxes. Set them all "respawn at start: no" and give them a minute or so respawn. Save the map. Start a new round and go find where you have this little matrix of boxes. Spawn a new double box so that it would be sitting under the first box you created - BUT, don't press A. Just keep holding. The moment all the other boxes spawn, Save as New Map, then Quit. Now start up your new map and investigate your handywork. If done correctly, once you delete all the superfluous boxes, you will be left with a double box merged in to the ground so that it is only 3 walls high. If it's a bit crooked (this can happen by the nature of the process - the box tends to spazz out when it's pushed in to the ground and depending on when exactly it saves, you might catch it at a bad angle), just delete the new map you made, go back to the old version and try again.
Happy forging :)

Yeah, what nasty said. Although i would like to add that i found it a little easier doing it a slightly different way. I make a "matrix" of boxes that surround the box that needs "fusing" with the ground. Then, in stead of using walls and another box on top, i just put some doors up-side-down on the box that needs to be fused. You can then grab the box and do the same thing as nasty said from there.
Unfortunately when you try and "fuse" stuff with the map geometry, they are almost never perfectly neat. Unless you're lucky or you have all day and are very patient, you will most likely have to settle for the object being at least a couple of "millimeters" off perfect.

I have a method that i like to think is a little better and easier fuse into walls and floors. I co-created Amplified with Fritzster and we did not use the method metioned above at all. Send me a FR my new GT is Slipwood and I'll show you how we do it.

So that is really how they do it. .. Me and Fritzter Revolutionized this glitch as you know. I hope to do a map pack with you guys. I don't think that map you showed me has gone public yet and I should be ready for Playtesting soon.

I already showed you how to fuse into the walls without starting rounds over, just do the same method but aim into the floor.

You meen it gets sucked under. That is because you pushed it to far down. I Believe to push it as far as possible without losing it you need to be holding it and you need to save and restart game.
