The rules are simple:
1) Do not make a new thread unless it is for a State that is not covered by an existing thread. If you do make a new thread, be sure that it follows this format:
Players in [InsertStateHere]
So for example:
Players in Pennsylvania
All other threads will be deleted and not approved
Other Rules:
1) Include your tag and possibly other contact information when posting. You should also take the initiative to contact others who haven't posted in that thread, instead of waiting for them to contact you.
2) No spam or other violations posted in the general forum rules.
3) And as always, any advertisements such as those for LAN centers, websites, and/or any LAN event that will consist of tournament style play and prizes will result in warnings that could lead to a ban, plus the threads will not be approved.

Note that your thread must be approved by a moderator or higher-up before it will show up in this forum. If you wonder why your thread is not showing up, this explains it. This is done so that members will actually look through the forum first to see if a thread is already in existence for his/her region of interest, as opposed to duplicate threads for the same region being created. This also prevents other types of spam from showing up.
