EDIT: V1.2 Now in Fileshare, Fixed some Dire Errors.
I created this in the last two days for a few reasons. For starters, I think Isolation is just short of being an awesome map. I know some people LOVE it and some people HATE it. Many people, including pro players, felt that it was the most competitive of all MLG maps because of the focus on Team Shooting. In many ways I agree, but I felt that the flow of iso sucked and also the fact that there is unused (but sometimes abused) space under the bases.
My remedy for this was simple. I blocked off the bases in Iso effectively, while making it as clutter free as possible. I also added teleporters to each of the bases side entrances, that keep the movement of the map the same, while not needing to go through the bases. I put them far enough back so you could still use the doorways for cover, or fake a teleport.

This map should definitely work for slayer, but what I was most interested in was making a great Capture the Flag map, Inspired in part by Battle/Beaver Creek CTF games. I made my own gametype for No Base Iso CTF, and I modeled it after old CTF games on Battle Creek. 3 Capture, 3 Second Touch Flag Return, Flag at Home to Score, 15 second return time if no one touching. I also created a King of the Hill variant that is modeled after the other MLG King Variants (a Hill 1, Hill 2, Hill 1, Hill 3 scenario.)
Here is a picture where you can see the flag's position, as well as how I blocked off the top entrance to the bases. These are the most cluttered parts, but do little to distract players from the game.

You'll also notice I color coded bases. This just makes for easy call outs. Light Base is now Red Base, Dark Base is Blue Base, Sniper Platform is now Yellow, and Top of the map (Default Flare area) is now Purple.
As far as weaponry,
There are tons of grenades on the map, but not placed in strange positions or carelessly.
There are plenty of BRs, all on 10 second respawn timers, again nothing is placed carelessly.
There are 4 Carbines, 1 on what is now Top Yellow, and 1 at each of the bases, and one at what is now front Purple.
There is one Mauler, at what is now deemed Bottom yellow.
There is one Sniper, at default MLG V3 settings spot. Drop spawn, 150 second respawn.
There is now one, ONE CLIP Rocket launcher, Drop Spawn, 150 second respawn, at what is now deemed Top Purple.
There is an invisibility at Default Rocket Spawn, on a 2 minute timer.
Anyway, I hope you all don't shrug this off and think I wasted your time. I think we're not using a map that has plenty of potential, moreso than some that we're currently using (Onslaught, Narrows IMHO). I hope you can all find the time to download the gametype and variant from my fileshare and give it a try, or at least go look at it.
