Why do people place weapon holders ontop of Barriers? Does it stop them falling over?

Because it sure as hell doesn't stop people jumping on top of them...

It keeps it from falling over... It doesn't always work 100%, but it's a preventative measure. It's possible to move them if you really want to, but it normally keeps it well enough in place until it can respawn and reset its position.
