This is my new symmentrical map. Each corner of the level has a base and the middle has inner compartments. For now i will show pics and maybe later on tonight i will upload the map. Hope you enjoy the pictures. :)

all i can say from the pictures is:
1. the double box open in the middle could use a floor made out of walls/ fence walls that are at an equal height.
2. Sniper needs to go, foundry is way to small for a sniper. I know i havent played any games on this map but i suggest a mauler or try a sword even.

For the double boxes in the middle, those should probably go as the above poster noted. If you insist on keeping them, I would flip them over so the floor is flat. The top might not look as pretty, but the way the map plays has priority over aesthetics. I am a little unsure on the weapon selection for the center of the map. I don't think the sniper would work, especially if it is the power weapon of the map. It wouldn't work like the rockets because there would be a charge for it, but the person who picks it up will not be able to quickly kill (except for a no scope every now and then) someone else charging like a sword or rockets can. I don't think two maulers that are that close to each other will work either.
I really like the rest of the map because you don't see enough 4 base maps, but the middle needs some work IMO.

I think you should geo glitch the doub box opens in mid so you dont have to jump to get out or make ramps inside.

This map is nice... I love the feel of the map and how it runs!!!
I suggest this to anyone who loves arena style maps!!!!!!!!!

Hey dude! A lot of good ideas in this one, i especially like the way you used the bridges instead of the merge geo glitch. However the trouble with the map is the same as my "Arena v7". Basically the middle is a death trap and this results in players just going around in circles around the outside, annoyingly i have yet to find an idea to fix this, hence thats why my map didnt get chosen for the pro circuit. Having boxes all the way around the outside is not good for spawning, its fine for 2v2 but not for 4v4. Im sorry i dont have any thoughts on how to improve it but hey if you do think of something then post it up because i will be interested to see what you come up with.

I noticed this on both maps. I remember playing yours and just running around to find a guy spawning on the other side of the open double box for an easy kill. It was set up just the gameplay was lacking a bit. I think I am thinking of the same map because it had arena in the name, and all the action took place on the outer loop.

this looks like a tight map, and i despise all foundary maps... just wondering if that bottom mid open boxes are quite small?? and if this were to be an FFA map mauler mid? or no sniper or somethin
I should have new pictures tomorrow and i believe I have fixed the middle. It will spawn Rockets and it has more cover than it ever did before. Check back tomorrow. :P

New version looks good. I have it queued, but did you remove both maulers and sniper? Also, why did you place the powerup where you have to crouch jump to get it?
you dont have to crouch and yes i removed sniper and maulers
