OverDrive Competetive MLG Map
Overdrive has been my project for the past little while now (I forget how many hours total) in this final version I believe I have perfected my map to the best of my forging ability. I hope everyone here enjoy's my map as much as I have enjoyed working on it.
Desription:
OverDrive Is a perfectly symetrical two base map that takes elements from Midship, Beaver Creek, Sanctuary and to a lesser degree Onslaught.It is multi leveled in almost all areas possible. On each side there is a semicircle type base with a roof made of Bridges, there is a door in the back of the bases used for jumping on top of theese roofs. The top center of the map works and play's very similar to P2 of Midship, That is to say it is a power position where teams may set-up and grab some nice hight advantage, however there are many jumps and discreet acess routes other teams may use to break your set-up. To the right of each base there is a ramp leading up to top mid similar to beaver creek of Halo 2, and to the left of each base there is a teleporter that leads to the opposite corner. Under Top mid there is a single box GEO'd in to the ground which houses a Custom power up.
Weapons:
4 Battle Rifles on 10 second Respawn
2 Carbines on 30 second Respawn
1 Mauler on 120 second Respawn
Custom Powerup on 180 second Respawn
4 Fragmentation Grenades on 10 second Respawn
4 Plasma Grenades on 30 second Respawn
