another place to find really good forged maps

have a look at this site www.forgehub.com it has some of the best maps ever made in forge. it would be good to see some of the mlg maps on this site on forgehub. it is also a good way to get your map out there. just recently all 5 maps and gametypes have been bungie favorites.

I don't know if this would be considered bursting your bubble, but chances are that 90% of the forgers and fans of forging on this forum either visit ForgeHub regularly, or at least know of it.

In fact, I know a few forgers here came from ForgeHub to find an oppurtunity to build more competitive maps rather than the casual ones of ForgeHub.

Guilty, but instead of coming here to forge more competitive maps, I came here to find more competitive maps since I gave up forging. I still post over there but only in competitive maps forum and Halo discussion forum.

Most forgers here already post their maps on both forums for maximum exposure. Even though the advertisement isn't necessary, it would be pretty cool if some of the forgers here turned to ForgeHub for help with technical stuff like spawns, which most of the highly regarded forgers at ForgeHub can work to a "T" through respawn areas.

Yeah, I actually never knew this part of the site existed until I clicked on a link from Forge Hub. Its a good suggestion though, hopefully a couple people learn from it.

competitive maps are not given credit any where else except for the MLG forums, so forgers with true skill come here

That statement isn't true at all. I gurantee you the forgers at Forge Hub ar:idea: e just as talented as MLG ones, but they focus on casual maps. Most casual maps involve more creativity anyway. I can understand you saying that mini game maps take less skill than competitive ones, but it doesn't mean the forger is limited to their complexity. Also, if you look at the most recent featured maps, the majority of them are competitive, and if you know where to look, you can find plenty of solid ones that aren't featured.
