Finding games

Lately it's been taking ages to find games in the MLG gametype. usually we go in at least as a 3, a lvl 25 and a lv30 both at brigadier. a colonel at lvl 30 and a gold-stripes new-accounter at lv 15

At times we've waited in excess of 1hour for a match. We all know theres no shortage of 'new accounters' that bane peoples halo3 lives but that's just it, they get games. for some reason when my whole team plays we can't find a to4 to play.

Can someone make some magic cure for this or give me an explanation? Sorry for the unhelpful post. Thanks

Set the thing to quickest if it's already not on quickest.. Uh... Back out and go in again? You really shouldn't have any problems getting a match..

You may be going into matchmaking with someone who's NAT is set to Strict or anything other than Open.
Although I have this problem Myself, I have yet to wait a lengthy period of time trying to find a game.

On topic. Tried to find a game earlier. Spent about 5 min and then turned the **** back off. Can't find an XBC host to play. Can't get a game on h2 so finally resort to putting in the **** that is called h3 and still can't find a game. Probably better off.

Ok thanks for helping. if anyone has any input please add. Wasting that much time is quite distressing.

I know this is the wrong place but whilst i'm on the subject players. EU players add Heafmo for scrims/customs

it was on topic =P thanks for the neg rep I wa telling him to use customs over matchmaking and what do you know later on he ask people to paly Customs with him. you just toke it the wrong way.

I know about customs already, we also spent about half hour trying to get randoms together and gave up.

and so on and so on. I think you've got the idea, we find a match roughly every hour. as this is consistent it's distressing. I think NAT type is probbaly the most likely cause if it's not my friends level. we;re levelling him up to get closer to our level and will see how it goes from there.
