You go to where your screenshots are located (whether it be your File Share or your Hi-Res Screenshots), click it so it opens the new window, then click the picture, save it wherever you want, and then upload it to Photobucket.com or imageshack. Then there is an IMG code (something like that) that you just copy and paste into the post.
