Hey all, I'm sure many of you have seen / heard of this map already, but I'm making a new post for this updated version.

For those of you who haven't heard the desription yet, it's symmetrical diagonally across Foundry, 2 bases (with 2 more semi-bases), and is mostly made for Slayer and CTF (although other gametypes are possible.) In its current state, it has 2 sniper rifles (with reduced ammo, located on the A and B areas) and a custom powerup top mid. I took out the mauler because it was pretty useless and was just wasting budget money.

Updates since v0.1 include:
- CTF is now fully functional on the map (Use Onslaught CTF rules until I release a Retrospect-specific variant)
- Added additional respawn points
- Added Overshields and Active Camouflages interlocked into bases to provide a difference between bases (therefore now you can call out Red Base or Blue Base)
- Single Box geo-glitched through crane to fix that spot
- Barriers in front of the bases on the ground have been removed
- Wall between Red Base and B area / Wall between Blue Base and A area have been dropped down a bit and interlocked into the double box platforms
- Other minor cosmetic changes

I liked the idea of the map and the feel, but I do have some input.

1. After playing with a friend on live, we both concluded that the center base is too big. If you stand on top, you pretty much have the advantage all around.

2. The main corner bases should have some type of opening underneath to run around.

Otherwise, a very good feel all around. Nice work!

While I appreciate your feedback, those are both things I've already thought over.

1. Yes, you're right top top middle you have advantage all round, but there's also no cover whatsoever so you're a sitting duck. From what it sounds like, you guys played 1v1 (or just ran around on it) but what happens in a 4v4 game is pretty much that once you go up there, you're almost immediately shot at, and you completely lose your advantage because you can be hit from pretty much anywhere on the map.

2. While it would be awesome to be able to do that, the way Bungie designed Foundry leaves us having to geo-glitch the double boxes into the walls in order to avoid a 2-foot gap between the box and the wall. Because those geoglitched boxes take up most of the space under the base, it would be impossible to actually create a walkway down there. Closest thing I could get to that would be a type of attic above the bases, however, I'm already VERY low on budget. Perhaps my next map will have an under-base area.

Yeah I thought so too, I pulled a bit of inspiration from it. I've also heard it bears resemblance to Warlock too... or so that's what Lil Seb said.
