What are My Playlists?

My Playlists are a feature that the Game Room has which allows users to bookmark a video they have viewed. It organizes your videos into a group so that you can view them any time you like with no hassle. If you have been on YouTube before, its a very similar system to the one they have.

How can I improve the quality of my video?

Although this is for YouTube, it applies to the Game Room as well.

My file size is too big. How can I reduce it to fit 1GB or less?

The simplest solution has always been just importing the video into Windows Media Maker and then re-exporting it at a lower bitrate with the same resolution. wmv files are normally good for knocking the size down.

What are the computer requirements to watch Game Room videos?

All videos in the Game Room are done in Flash. Please make sure you have the latest version of flash installed.

Adobe Flash Player (http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=shockwaveFlashTournam ent)

Make sure you have the latest version of your browser, and if one browser does not work, you may experience better results with alternate web browsers. Internet Explorer and Firefox are the most popular browsers.

Internet Explorer (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx)
Mozilla Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/)

Also make sure you clear your browser caches, that can fix a number of problems: How To Clear Your Cache (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache)

What do I do if I find a bug in the Game Room?

How to report a bug:

Please make a new thread, titled like so:

BUG: <insert bug here>

And in the post, please describe the bug as clearly as possible, and how to replicate it. Any screenshots and error logs are greatly appreciated.

So for example, if i found that the upload bar is not working in IE, I would make a thread called.

BUG: Upload bar not working in IE

Please use this forum for things like bugs and suggestions. Please keep all video-related comments to the comments system in gameroom.

What do I do if I can't find an answer to my question?

If it comes to the point where no one on the forums can answer your question regarding the Game Room, please create a Help Desk Ticket (http://www.mlgpro.com/support/). Make sure you clearly state the problem you are having and you will get an answer back

Your options are GameVee or getting someone else to capture the clip for you.

Even after downloading the newest version of Flash and clearing my Cache, I am having trouble with playing MLG Gameroom videos both embedded and in the GameRoom.

When the video plays it will play clear and sharp for about the first minute and then it will start lagging, dropping frames and loosing sync. I have tried all the basics, but still no luck.

I have tried 3 diffrent browsers also. Ive had this problem for a while but when Live VoD was I could still watch that with no lag. Also other videos like youtube, gamevee, megavideo, zShare, etc. all play fine so It is very doubtful that the problem lies in my computer.

Any idea to why the videos are lagging? Any suggest are appreciated.
