Dallas '09 Halo 3 Top 10s

Hey everybody. You may or may not have seen the lists I've done for previous tournaments, but basically I went through the stats MLG released for the championship bracket in Dallas and worked out who had the best stats in each category that MLG tracks.

To qualify for the list, each player had to have played more than 5 games (i.e. more than 1 series) or at least 3 objective games. This was to make sure that the lists had more to do with the skill of each player and not the skill of the opponents they happened to be playing in each series; it isn't meant to exclude players from low-seeded teams.

These stats may or may not match those in the overall stats thread. There are a lot of games missing from the stats MLG put out. Luckily a lot of the players have been helping me fill in the blanks, but it's not done yet. Once I get the stats as complete as possible, I will edit this post.

Well.. This doesn't really matter though because some players/teams played more games than others right? I don't think this matters to much.

That's why the first 4 lists are "per game".

The highest overalls don't really mean much, because of what you said. But the per game ones are a good representation of who was playing consistently well.

OT: Props to Pistola on the KDS, and BesT MaN on the assists.

Surprising stats, FB going as positive as they did and still not placing in the top 4 is disappointing. And Carbon overall going negative while not even showing up any any of the categories while placing top 2 was very impressive. Just goes to show you how little stats matter at the end of the day; its about winning/ losing.
