Fear played the ball on Heretic? Anyone know how or if it was just a random glitch?

I believe the ball just fell through the map somehow.

If you're talking about the part where he dropped it for a second and it said "Play Ball", I remember what you're talking about.. Because, I was stumped also... But I think it's because the ball had been sitting for a little while with nobody touching it before Fear came over and started juggling it immediately (he gained no time while juggling it). He never held it for a long enough time to give him even a second of time before he dropped it for a good 2-3 seconds. So, the whole time he juggled the ball, the game took that as if the ball was motionless and so, once he dropped the ball for even a small amount of time, the game played it... idk, that's all I could think of.

It got interlocked with the map. It happened on lockdown a couple times too.

I think your right but i was a bit confused also but they also back on h2 with midship use to "play ball" by throwing the ball in the middle of the map so when they spawned it was a fresh game start

I believe he did purposefully throw the ball through the map. Don't you know, he's god. And so is Shiva, but that's getting off-topic
