The best part is there seems to be stuff that "combos" in practice that doesn't hook up necessarily. I think it displays counter hit natural combos as natural combos, because King's f+2, 2, 2 (2?) and Asuka's db+4, 3 are not guaranteed on normal hit. (the latter is launch punishable as hell, actually) (EDIT: on second thought it occurs to me that the last hit of that King string could be a high while the rest is mid, although why hitting a low 4 on crouching without a counter hit would be common...yeah...)
Generally if you look at the frame data, every successive hit in most strings is less and less safe on block, so unless you're hoping to hit some sort of finicky delayed/sidestep/low hit, ending as soon as possible while getting blocked is the way to go.
