Almost every breakdown of every game mentioned Snipedown : \ . Not saying he didn't deserve it but the rest of tD was impressive too.

Well I hope the trend of Str8 vs TD every event keeps up.

Cuz these are the most intense matches ever.

hmmm

Please, hire a different editor.

"The crowd was by far the most energetic and enthusiastic group of spectators this year, and their fanaticism certainly translated onto our two finalists, Triggers Down and Str8 Rippin."

-The word fanaticism is usually reserved for criticism. Unless MLG spectators are all foaming at the mouth (which I admit some are) that word should be used sparingly.

"Both teams had much to prove, and the caliber of gameplay that was to follow was a perfect example of that."

-Passive voice.

"Since Str8 Rippin had made their way to the Finals through the Losers Bracket, and they did not meet with Triggers Down along the way, it meant that Str8 would need to defeat TD in two consecutive best-of-5 series in order to walk away with the crown."

-Runon sentence.

"With Triggers Down only one map away from their first championship, they headed into Oddball Guardian with determination in hand."

-Determination cannot be held.

"After eight of the most intensely fought maps we’ve witnessed in Halo 3’s brief history, Triggers Down were finally MLG Orlando’s champions."

- Eight of the most intense games.

["Str8 Rippin then managed to bring TD’s flag to within feet of their base."
-Nitpick, the game measures distance in meters.]

CTF on Onslaught was the greatest match by far. The game was just "phenomenal" by both teams.

The game started off very evenly matched, becoming tied at 21-21 and then eventually 35-35. In the final minutes of the game, Hystreria was able to pull off an Overkill, but it just simply wasn't enough to contend with Neighbor's 19-9 ratio.

When are you going to stop calling these things ratios? 19-9 is not a ratio, its a spread. The Kill/Death ratio would be 2.1111 something. I hope this irks other nerds out there.
