MLG Dallas Halo 3 Wrap Up

The 2008 MLG Dallas Halo 3 Playoffs have come and gone, leaving fans to pick their jaws up off the floor. We were treated to one of the most exciting finals in MLG history, as Triggers Down and Str8 Rippin required two five-game-series to determine a champion. In the end, Triggers Down found themselves on top for the second time this season, silencing the critics who counted them out after their sixth place finish in Toronto. Before any of this could happen though, a champion of the Open Playoff had to be crowned.

What happened to Instinct? Going from second to fifth is a pretty huge drop... is it just the team changes that threw them off, or was it that once some of the other top teams solidified their previous team changes (FB, Str8, etc.) they could no longer compete?
