Here is a list of the rules and the illegal spots on all the maps for v6. Feel free to post any spots that you feel need to be illegal.

Rule #1 - These are examples of what is considered "outside the normal boundaries of the map." Please use your best judgment. Feel free to IM or e-mail me if you plan to use a spot that you are unsure about.









Rules:
1. No leaving the normal boundaries of a map.








2. No going onto the crane boxes on Amplified.


3. No going onto the ledges above the lobby on Construct.


4. No going onto the top center structure on Guardian.


5. No going onto the high ledge at the sniper tower on Guardian.


6. No going onto the ledge around the edges of top yellow on Guardian.

7. No going into the small crack in front of blue entrance on Guardian.


8. No going onto the tree between bottom yellow and bottom blue on Guardian.


9. No taking the oddball onto the ledge behind the blue ramp on Guardian.


10. No taking the oddball onto the ledge facing the elbow on Guardian.


11. No going onto the pillars or crane on Lockdown.


12. No taking the oddball above the bases on Lockdown.


13. No going onto the high ledges on Narrows.


14. No going into the attic above the bases on the Pit.


18. No placing the oddball out of reach, in an area where it won’t immediately “Play Ball”.

great post, i heard that the outside corners of mid bridge on pit were illegal spots is this true? the spots where you cannot get hurt but you can shoot people just fine?

is this true?

Placing the oddball out of reach on Guardian on Elbow is also one. Played in the playlist where the other team grabbed ball, put it there the entire game.

The spot is where the large tree meets elbow, if you didn't know it already. I'm sure you did.

I have 2 questions about Lockdown Ball. Off of spawn is it o.k. to go ontp of the boxes on the base by using a teamates head. It is a common strategy my team uses and I need to know if it is legal. Also, am I allowed to throw the ball up there. The only way they could get it down is to go up there or nade it down. I can provide pictures if you really are just totally lost.

I believe that technique in general is illegal, along with grenade jumping.

You may jump on top of the boxes in front of the base. You may jump off your teammates head or grenade jump.

Placing the oddball on top of the boxes is illegal. It is considered placing the oddball out of reach.
