Bonding/Chemistry

Teammates at ease are good teammates indeed. Being comfortable with your teammates is a vital part of any successful team. Frustration and animosity can often lead to a lack of concentration, which in turn can lead to poor performances. Bonding can create a sense of friendship between members and can result in a deeper level of chemistry that many teams often fail to achieve. Bonding can be something as large as meeting a teammate in person or as simple as playing a meaningless game of Rocket Race together. The possibilities are endless.
All work and no play can lead to dull teammates.
