Death Grenades

 Dead…but not out. If you know you’re going to die and can’t get a shot to kill the enemy, or there are several guys shooting you who are close together, toss a “desperation grenade”: a grenade thrown with the purpose of damaging or killing the enemy after you have already died. In Halo 3 you can get off a grenade seemingly after you die, so a last-ditch death grenade plays a significant role in a complete player’s repertoire of tactics. Fortunately, it’s one of the easiest things to learn. The problem is learning to avoid them! 
When all else fails, drop a well placed death grenade.
