The Flamethrower is a heavy weapon so it slows movement speed and can only be used from a third person perspective. It sprays highly damaging flames for several feet which can set other players on fire or burn for a short time on any surface. Since it has a very small range and creates flames which burn on the ground, users of the Flamethrower must be careful not to set themselves on fire.
If the Flamethrower is sprayed for too long, it will overheat and need to cool down for several seconds before it is used again.
