Isolation

General Description

Isolation is a relatively small map for Halo 3. There's a top side and a bottom side to the map. On the top side, everything is normal in appearance. The bottom side is corrupted by the flood. There are two main power weapons on this map - the Sniper Rifle and the Rocket Launcher. The Battle Rifle is a weapon of destruction on this map (as always). There are two lifts that project the player from the bottom to the top of the map. They are located in the same bottom hallway. If you look up on the map you'll notice there is a large tower lining the wall of the map. This is where the Battle Rifle spawns as well as the shotgun. There is also a hole that will shoot you down into the bottom level of the map. The Rockets spawn in the bottom middle of the map in a small hallway. The Sniper Rifle spawns top side opposite of the tower on a bridge. Both teams tend to spawn on opposite sides of the map with the ability to go down into the lower levels into a bunker or push either side from the top.

Top Mid - The open top middle of the map Rocks Spawn - Lower level where Rocks spawn Tower - Location of the shotgun respawn Poop Chute - The tube that takes a player from the tower into the bottom level Pumpkins - The room where the poop chute takes the player. Also where the lifts are at Bottom Bunker - the lower bunkers. Snipe Hut - The little "room" top side that gives a limited amount of cover Hut Drop - The drop from the Snipe hut down to the Rocket Hallway
