The plasma rifle is a fully automatic dual-wieldable energy weapon useful for quickly taking down an enemy's sheilds. As with all plasma energy weapons, it is not reloadable. If it is fired continuously for an short period of time, it will overheat and need to cool down for a few seconds before it can be used again.
