Power Drainer

The Power Drainer is a piece of equipment which emits a field that drains shields, stops vehicles, and does small amounts of damage to anything in the field. It rolls slightly when thrown, due to momentum, and will also roll down sloped terrain.

The Power Drainer will function for eight seconds before it detonates, however it can be destroyed by grenades and other explosions.

If anyone is close enough to the drainer at the time of detination, the explosion is strong enough to kill the person.
