Snowbound

Snowbound is a small symmetric map that is located in a snowy setting. The edges of the map are blocked by rock formations and large, automatic Covenant turrets which kill any player that passes beyond a certain point.

There are two small, opposing platforms on either side of a hill which serve as bases. Underneath each base is a small room with a tunnel that leads to an underground area. Besides the tunnels from the bases, the underground area has two entrances, a large door on the far side of the map and a small trench that opens near the center of the map.

Except for the small trench in the center of the map, all doors are protected by shields which allow players to pass through, but not bullets, grenades or vehicles.

This map contains 2 sets of the purple generators that were found on Halo 2's Burial Mounds. (These generators slightly differ)

Snowbound has a Ghost vehicle that spawns in a hangar.
