The Pit

General Layout -
The Pit is a very symetrical map. The Pit has two Sniper Rifles accesible by both teams on their side of the field, a rocket launcher on one side of the map, the sword room, the active camo in the middle of the map, and underneath the sword room is the overshield tunnel. Both bases consist of the sniper tower - snipe 1 and snipe 2. Snipe 1 is where the rifle spawns. A lift boosts you to snipe 2 where the turret is stationed. Both bases also consist of a main hangar and an elbow containing the shotgun. On certain gametypes, players are able to spawn on the second floor of the hangar. However, no weapons spawn up there.
Communication -
- Snipe 1 - the base of the tower where the sniper rifle spawns
- Snipe 2 - the top of snipe tower where a turret is mounted
- Lift - the lift in the corner that boosts the player to snipe 2
- Hangar - the large room on a team's base side. (Mauler spawn)
- Hangar 2 - (Hang 2) The second floor of the hangar. The most known way to get up to Hanger 2 is double jumping with another person, although it is possible to brute jump up there.
- Hangar 3 - (Hang 3) The third room above hanger 2, reachable by brutejumping, great place for sniping.
- Elbow - (Shotty) Shotgun spawn. A deadly corner
- Rocket Side - The general side the Rocket Launcher spawns on
- Sword Side - (tunnel side) The general side the sword spawns (where the tunnel resides)
- Tunnel - (OS) The long hallway where the overshield respawns
- Sword Room - The room over the Tunnel where the Sword spawns
- Center - (Mid) the general middle of the map shaped like a square
- Invis - (AC) the area where the active camo spawns
